This replacement gear for the BOSCH® Classic motor solves a very common problem of this motor generation: the POM gear breakage. BOSCH® has handled this problem for many years by providing a free replacement, but to our knowledge has never developed an alternative solution. Years ago, we researched and developed and tested different versions made from a wide variety of plastics, tooth shapes and design types. However, a long journey with many setbacks finally led to this mature product, which we have been successfully selling since mid-2019.

This high-molecular-weight thermoplastic is a popular material for machining on CNC lathes and milling machines.
