Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Law Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005 regulating the matter of distance, that is made outside of the business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of expenses incurred. This right is reserved only to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 14 days from receipt of goods, an e-mail to info@ilovebike.it, in which it is his intention to withdraw from the contract, it is also recommended to forward an email to info@ilovebike.it (he always prevail recommended). Once we receive such notification we will contact you to provide you with the return. The only costs are those of your cargo shipment of the product to us (in the case of return with refund).
For the replacement of the goods if you decide to change it for personal reasons, the only expenses you will pay are those of shipping the product from us and more than the return of the product in place.
Please send such notice and do not send back the goods: in fact you will be contacted as soon as possible to be informed on how the address and resend.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not returned intact, namely:
- absence of the original
- integral elements of the product
- damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
It 'important that the product is returned undamaged and without damage, in its original packaging. As soon as the goods are received and verified its integrity will immediately refund you the price you paid for the item purchased (excluding shipping costs that are borne by the buyer) by bank transfer.
Any refund will be paid to the customer no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, we reserve the right to temporarily withhold the amount of the refund only if the merchandise has been received at our stores within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
Warranty and defects in accordance
All products sold on our site come with a guarantee of conformity by the manufacturer / producer during a period of 24 (twenty four) months from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty applies only to end users. There is no warranty against damage resulting from wear for daily use of the product.
Returning Items are damaged or not
In the case of returning damaged goods during transport or non-compliant because no manufacturing defects, please, after having reported the problem within a maximum period of 3 days from delivery to wait for our communication on how to address and resending goods. In both cases, please make all the material given you complete accessories or any other party, in its original packaging, with no affix labels or stickers. Everything should be inserted in a cardboard box packed well in order to avoid further damage to the packaging and the product. The restitution and costs incurred shall be borne by the customer, the return of the new product and related expenses are borne by us. We strongly recommend to notify us of any defects or damage to the goods within a maximum period of 3 days of delivery of the same by the courier. The customer is therefore requested to immediately verify the integrity and correct functioning of the items purchased as spent that time period will not be able to replace or refund the price paid. Inflatable items should be checked immediately for replacement in the event of defects.
Ilovebike.it (Ale Bike Molars Alessandro) reserves the right to make changes to the product at any time without notice. The fact does not entitle claims, reimbursements or claims of any kind.
Jurisdiction: For any problem or dispute regarding purchases on the site ilovebike.it parties elect whom jurisdiction of the courts of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, differently ilovebike.it parties elect whom jurisdiction of the courts of Rimini (Italy).
