Bike Frame BRN VINTAGE Blue Volterra, 2019

The frame is produced with COLUMBUS® SL pipes (the most famous set of COLUMBUS® pipes) with double layer OMNICROM steel.
The performance of Omincrom are superior to the steels patented up to now by COLUMBUS® through the special composition of the alloy and the increase of  the mechanical properties obtained as a result of the greater cold deformability of the tube made by drawing.
CROMATURE at a very high level was obtained by carefully cleaning the frame entirely by hand, then the frame is subjected to copper plating, nickel plating and finally chrome plating, all this allows to obtain a chrome plating of very high strength.
THE next PAINTING is made by liquid paint with 2 components of high quality.
FLATTING applied at the end of the painting gives brilliance and protects the frame from scratches, rust and atmospheric agents.
